For this project, I wanted to reveal sounds that most people tend to block out; maybe because they are loud, gross, or annoying sound people don’t like to hear. While working on this project and listening to it over and over again, I actually felt extremely nauseous, I guess that was my intention. Enjoy!
RESPONSiBILITY
This Performance Art video is supposed to demonstrate the struggles an overloaded college student may go through while taking too many units in a semester. The action of leaping on stones in a rocky and trechorous wash while being weighed down by college supplies, such as books and backpacks, shows how frustrating college can be. When I lost my balance on the rocks was a good reflection of the balancing act of a students life.
